You’re welcome to bring it here. Whether you want to discuss a symptom, a medicine or supplement, a lab test, or an ultrasound or X-ray you’ve wondered about, Robert will listen, explain your options and help you decide what makes sense.
When testing is appropriate, he can provide the order, help you understand where to go, and review the results with you. You do not need to know the diagnosis or choose the right test before your visit.

Questions about medicines, side effects, over-the-counter products, supplements and one-time refills for certain established treatments.
Discuss a test you have in mind, choose appropriate screenings, arrange outside lab tests or imaging, and understand results.
Your visit is with Robert Carroll, a board-certified family nurse practitioner whose healthcare career began in emergency medical services in 2007. His approach is practical: listen carefully, explain the options, and help you understand your next steps.
1. Choose a time. Select an available slot and submit your request. Robert reviews it before confirming the appointment.
2. Get ready. Follow the practice’s instructions to connect your secure portal, complete the requested forms and pay by credit card before your visit.
3. Meet by video. Discuss your concern and receive a care plan, including treatment, testing or in-person evaluation when needed.
Your consultation includes an assessment and care plan, clinically appropriate prescriptions, orders and notes, routine paperwork related to your visit, and review and follow-up of results from tests and scans Robert orders.
Medicines, testing, imaging and outside-provider care cost extra. A separately agreed consultation for a new concern or ongoing management costs $123.
